Thank you very much, Emmy. Things haven't changed in Pensacola. It's a very slow moving town. If you were here before hurricane Ivan, the place has actually gone backwards. All those broken down docks and boat houses you see in my pictures use to be full of boats and activity, now they are abandoned and lifeless. People have actually moved away. Kind of sad really....
So, when were you down here?

yes, I believe it was two years ago.

I live in MS
and my church group went to see this band Casting Crowns.

I remember everyone freaking out over Ivan here
and we got like..no damage lol

I stayed in Ocean Springs, MS for several weeks after Katrina, helping to rebuild the infrastructure. Some of the kindest people I've ever met live there. That's a beautiful town.

Ocean Springs is marvelous.
I love it.
I live more near Biloxi though, so I don't get to head that way often.

you should look into the Peter Anderson Festival that's on Ocean Springs every year. you could sell some of your photography. but you have to book a space waaaaaaay in advance.

You are a very sweet and kind person, Emmy. Maybe a few years down the road, when I get better; but right now, I'm still finding my niche. I'm not very happy with my stuff. There are some people here on DA that are absolutely amazing.
